Application for Boards and Commissions
Click below to download the application to serve on a board or commission (PDF format). Return the completed form to the City Secretary at City Hall (502 Elm Street). Most boards have members serving staggered two-year terms. Terms start July 1st of every year. Appointments are occassionally made mid-year to fill an open position. Applications are always accepted. Review the eligibility criteria on Page 2 of the application. Questions about serving on a board can be directed to the Office of the City Secretary.
