On May 17, 2010, City Council chose Dean Construction to serve as Construction Manager at Risk for the Sports Park and Keaton Road Extension project.

Request for Proposals:  General Engineering Services (PDF format)

  • Update on the recently recieved RFQ for General Engineering Services. The selection of these firms was based upon their qualifications and company staffing sources. The selected firms staffing level and knowledge with dealing with small communities were some of the major key components in their selection. Staff received thirty-five repsonses to our request for qualifications of those thirty five staff selected the following five firms.
