NEW Recyclable Guidelines Effective Immediately

Waste Connections received notification from Pratt Industries USA Recycling, whom they utilize for the processing of all of recycling materials, that Pratt can no longer accept any contaminated recycling materials.

Due to the drastic changes in the market pricing materials that had been previously allowed to be delivered to their facility are now under enhanced scrutiny.

New recycle guidelines have been put in place. Drivers will inspect inside the recycle carts to ensure only allowable items are inside. If the recycle cart or bin has trash or other debris, the container WILL NOT be serviced. They will only accept the items listed in the chart below. For questions call Waste Connections 817-222-2221

May 8, 2018 – Jeriana Staton, Human Resource Coordinator for the City of Sanger was nominated and received the TMHRA Rising Star Award at the TMHRA Conference in San Antonio Thursday April 26th.


The Texas Municipal Human Resource Association(TMHRA) has a Professional Awards Program which recognizes and honors outstanding individuals and organizations that have made significant contributions to municipal human resources in Texas. The Rising Star Award recognizes a new member who shows exceptional promise of leadership and contribution to the association and profession.


Staton has been employed with the City of Sanger since November 2016. Since joining the organization Jeriana has made significant contributions to the human resources department and excels at providing quality services to our employees. Staton is an active member and brand ambassador for North Texas SHRM, a member of the National SHRM, TMHRA and a member of the HR Southwest volunteer board.
