Extensions

Thirty (30) day extension.  You MUST pay court cost upfront, and the remaining balance will be due within 30 days.  You must contact the court office at 940.458.7131 to determine the amount of the court cost.  You will complete the Application for Payment Plan, and email the request to the court at court@sangertexas.org.  A court staff will review your request, you will receive an email with the instructions on completing your request and tendering payment.  

Payment Plan.  You must request a court date in order to request a payment plan.  The request for the court date can be by mail, in person or by emailing the court at court@sangertexas.org. 

Any portion of the fine and cost is paid on or after the 31st day after the date of the judgment, a required Time Payment Fee of $15.00 will be applied to all offenses, pursuant to Art. 102.030, Code of Criminal Procedures.
